SOMETHING BORROWED RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. Customer is responsible for picking up and returning the rental items. Something Borrowed does not deliver.
2. Items can be picked up 2 days before your event date and must be returned no later than 2 days after your event date.
3. A security fee of ½ the total cost is required to secure the rental items for your event. If you do not pay ½ down, your event date will not be secured. The remaining ½ will be due upon your pickup date.
4. Orders $400 or less require a $100 damage/replacement deposit. Orders over $400 will require a 25% damage/replacement deposit. The damage/replacement deposit will be refunded in full after Something Borrowed, Rentals LLC confirms the rental items have been returned on time and in the same condition they were picked up. If repairs, cleaning or replacements are needed, the price will come out of the damage/replacement deposit.
5. It is the customers responsibility to return the rented item(s) in a clean condition. A deduction from the damage/replacement deposit will be applied if items are returned including but not limited to: food, dirt, spillage, mud, tape, etc.)
6. The fee to secure the items for your date is nonrefundable. This shows me you’re serious about renting the items. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, this will result in forfeiting your security deposit.
7. If the items are returned later than the required return date without confirming with Something Borrowed, this will result in forfeiting your damage/replacement deposit.
8. Something Borrowed, Rentals LLC is not responsible for any injuries or accidents.
9. Something Borrowed, Rentals LLC has a $100.00 minimum to book. Total must meet $100.00 or greater.
10. You will be required to sign this contract at pickup.
